His extensive knowledge of the industry comes from early exposure in his youth which led him to pursue a 20 year career in residential home building. It was with this experience that Kevin decided to create Turnberry Construction Group in 2005, catering to the upscale custom home market. Turnberry Construction Group has proved to be an incredibly rewarding business to own in an industry that he is passionate about and has afforded Kevin the opportunity to create and model a company based on his ideals and values. Being involved in each project from inception to completion, ensures that Kevin's clients remain a priority throughout the building process, leaving them with not only a beautiful and well crafted home, but a positive and memorable experience as well.

Project Manager

Enthusiasm and strong work ethic are just a couple of attributes that he brings to the Turnberry team. Born and raised in Berks County, Rob has fond memories of helping his family with home improvement projects which later inspired him to start his own home renovation business. As his company continued to grow he realized that his passion wasn’t as much about owning a business as much as it was about working in the building industry. Project management afforded him the ability to utilize his experience while maintaining an integral part of the building and renovation process. Rob’s field experience, as well as, strong communication skills makes him an invaluable asset to our team which he relies on daily as he orchestrates scheduling, material orders and client relations.

Justin begun his career in the construction industry at an early age. From working in the field as a residential and commercial carpenter to graduating from Pennsylvania College of Technology with an AAS in Building Construction Technology. The Turnberry team embraces his commitment and passion, which shines through his personal touches on our projects and relations with clients. Treating each homebuild/renovation as if he were in our clients shoes. This perspective leads to an amicable relationships with clients and puts their minds at ease.

Erin Hulmes

Erin has over 18 years of experience in the bookkeeping field. Organized, detail-oriented and highly focused are a few of her strong points. Mostly working for small businesses, she feels one of the most important things business owners need to do is track their finances. She enjoys helping owners manage and grow their financial well-being . Prior to joining Turnberry, Erin worked as an accounts payable coordinator for a local college. She possesses a fantastic can-do attitude and amiable personality to Turnberry as a part of the team.
